"COMPASSION IS THE KEEN AWARENESS OF THE INTERDEPENDENCE OF ALL THINGS....
IMAGINATION IS A DISCOVERING FACULTY FOR SEEING RELATIONSHIPS. FOR SEEING MEANINGS THAT ARE SPECIAL
AND EVEN QUITE NEW."

Embrace your own life
I’m Maria, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, based in greater Los Angeles, CA. I work with adult individuals across the life span to find more contentment, less stress, personal growth, and empowerment. Life is more fulfilling when we learn to understand ourselves better, look for meaning, create more connection in all our relationships, and use opportunities to grow. Being engaged in life means finding a way through to more than just surviving – living with more trust, more aliveness, gratitude, and more purpose. I collaborate with you on this journey, utilizing both the art and science of psychotherapy. We all have but one life…other people and the world at large need our gifts. I am licensed in both California and Missouri, and can see clients residing in either state. I work in person or online.
